The slope
on your doorstep
First the slopes, then the sauna
The ski slope runs right past the village, and the nearest chairlift is only a few hundred metres away. No driving, no hunting for a parking space: you clip into your skis in front of the hut. With children and lots of gear, that's worth its weight in gold.
The Katschberg-Aineck ski area reaches up to 2,220 metres, with 80 km of pistes and 17 lifts. All slopes have snowmaking, and the longest run is 5.6 kilometres. On Thursdays there's floodlit night skiing at the Königswiese.
And afterwards? Ski boots into the dryer, sauna on, stove lit. Your group has up to 140 m² to itself, with kitchen, terrace and, in the Almchalet or Panorama, the hot tub on the terrace. And in the morning the bread roll service brings breakfast to your door.
