THE CHALET
The Almchalet am Katschberg has been newly renovated and sits right on the ski slope: the run passes the house, and the nearest chairlift is a few hundred metres away. Its 140 m² sleep up to 10 people. In the evening the large sauna awaits, and outside on the terrace the hot tub. In the cosy living room, the tiled stove with viewing window keeps things warm.
The layout: three double rooms and a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed, two modern daylit bathrooms and two toilets. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, and the covered terrace has furniture and a grill. A cot and high chair are provided, and the plot is fenced. Up to two dogs are welcome, and parking is in the shared car park.

The weekly price depends on the season and number of guests. You can see current prices and available dates directly in the booking calendar. Deposit €400 per stay, payable in cash on arrival. Tourist tax until 31/10/2026: €2.70.

Yes. The Almhütte has its sauna in the large daylit bathroom, the Almchalet has an extra-large sauna and the Chalet Panorama a sauna in the luxury bathroom. You don't share it with anyone.
The Almchalet am Katschberg and the Chalet Katschberg Panorama have a hot tub on the terrace. The Almhütte am Katschberg doesn't, but it has a sauna and tiled stove instead.
For groups of up to 10, the Almhütte and Almchalet are a good fit, both with 140 m², four bedrooms and a tiled stove. The Almchalet also has the hot tub and a fenced garden. The Chalet Panorama is new, has modern interiors and is designed for up to 8 people, with a suspended fireplace, hot tub and four double rooms.

Every hut has a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine, plus a charcoal grill on the terrace. In the morning, the bread roll service brings fresh rolls to your door on request, and you'll find restaurants in the centre of Katschberghöhe.
No. The kitchens come with the usual cookware and tableware: pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses are all provided.
All huts and chalets have a filter coffee machine, so please bring ground filter coffee with you.
Yes. There is plenty of firewood at every hut, at no extra cost. In the Almhütte and Almchalet you heat with the tiled stove, in the Chalet Panorama with the suspended fireplace.
